What is included in a tour of Hills at Hoover?

A tour lasts about 30 minutes and includes a walk through available floor plans, both resort-style pools, the fitness center, clubhouse, playground, and bark park. We answer all of your questions along the way.

Do you offer virtual tours?

Yes. We offer FaceTime and Zoom-based virtual tours where our team walks you through units and amenities live from your phone or laptop. Book a virtual slot the same way you book an in-person tour.

What should I bring to my tour?

A photo ID is helpful if you plan to apply the same day. Otherwise, just bring your questions and, if you would like, your four-legged family member. Pets are always welcome on tour.

Can I take a self-guided tour?

Yes. Contact the leasing office to set up a self-guided appointment during business hours. You will receive a check-in code and a suggested route so you can move at your own pace.

How far in advance should I book?

Same-day tours are often available. For a specific unit or preferred time, book 2 to 3 days in advance to lock in your first choice.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We do our best to welcome walk-ins during office hours, though a scheduled tour guarantees our team is ready for you and the units you want to see are prepped and available.
