TOUR FAQ
A tour lasts about 30 minutes and includes a walk through available floor plans, both resort-style pools, the fitness center, clubhouse, playground, and bark park. We answer all of your questions along the way.
A photo ID is helpful if you plan to apply the same day. Otherwise, just bring your questions and, if you would like, your four-legged family member. Pets are always welcome on tour.
Same-day tours are often available. For a specific unit or preferred time, book 2 to 3 days in advance to lock in your first choice.
We do our best to welcome walk-ins during office hours, though a scheduled tour guarantees our team is ready for you and the units you want to see are prepped and available.
